YeurLeadin’ 20: Sustainable Leadership

Most Salesforce Community Leaders organise their community programs as a side job, always as a volunteer, in addition to their day work. On a good day, your formal training is in IT or business process mapping. Rarely have you been given guidance on running events, evaluating presentations and growing their communities.

Does this call to you?

Then reserve 20th and 21st June in your diary.

In a reasonably cool and trendy part of Europe, with picturesque landscapes*, we’ll be covering the technicalities of help you run or expand your community program, and then we’ll move on to making this sustainable for the long term.

We’re looking at relationship building, career paths and understanding your brand. Both for you and how and why this impacts your community and the benefits it can bring to both.

But – perhaps because trust and authenticity are so important – we’ll be looking at some very real challenges too: with so much information available and so many opportunities to be involved, hyper-engagement burnout is a real possibility, we’ll be exploring this and other topics.
